Outlawz

Joined by his group Outlawz, Tupac takes aim at Biggie and everyone close to the Brooklyn rapper for five relentless minutes.

This year’s lineup has yet to be unveiled, but last year’s 70-plus vendors included Cool Beans Eatery from Texas, Seasoned Vegan from Harlem and Outlawz Food all the way from Switzerland.

It was on 2Pac's Makaveli album that Outlawz first came to the greater rap community's notice, appearing on a few songs.

Outlawz chose in later years to make a backronym out of the letters of their group name Operating Under Thug Laws as Warriorz although it does not stand for the group's name and is used infrequently.
