Full-fat dairy products, such as pasteurised cheese and plain yoghurt or fromage frais, can be given from around six months of age.

The milk is pasteurised on the farm, before being taken to the vending machines in sealed tanks, providing fresh quality local produce with low food miles.

Unlike pasteurised milk, which is heat-treated to kill bacteria, raw milk can harbour dangerous germs.

Examples include Easy Cheese : a cheese-food packaged in a pressurized spray can; also, as packs of square, sliced, individually wrapped, "processed cheese" (sometimes also pasteurised).
