PEARLAND, Texas (KTRK) -- A Pearland couple is dealing with three wrecked cars and some damage on their home after a white truck slammed into their front yard early Monday morning.

David Negrete, 19, is wanted in connection with a mass shooting at a Pearland, Texas, flea market that killed a 10-year-old boy.

The City of Pearland is offering a free digital passport, called the International Cuisine Trail, to reward visitors who check out their locally-owned restaurants.

The Pearland Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate him.

At the Pearland, Sugar Land, and Webster locations, customers can also get free kids meals with any adult entrees.

Pearland police said they were aware their response could feed into the public perception of racial stereotypes, and that the agency had their officers wear normal uniforms.

A family from Pearland is keeping their son's legacy alive through the Chance for Hope Foundation.
