Family-run business Pennyfarthing Homes has launched 19 new properties at 30 per cent below their full market value at its Potters Wood development.

Her father John Quinton was called back from the war to take over his father's wheelwright business at 18-20 Pennyfarthing Street when he was just 17 years old.

The new development is part of the wider scheme known as Forde Valley and follows Pennyfarthing’s Whitsbury Green development, which is currently under construction and located on adjoining land.
