Permittees

In this letter, the permittees were asked to submit the relevant applications seeking an amendment consequent to the project’s departure from what was approved.

The DPP’s ruling says in November 2021, NEPA’s Legal and Enforcement division wrote a letter to the permittees.

Carcasses taken during the shoot will be available to the permitted public for salvage at the locations designated for permittees (4-wheel drive vehicle is required and access permits will be issued).

Issue was about grazing permittees whose permits have been put on hold by BIA.
