Punkers

Twisterella 2023 will play host to the likes of post-punkers Shelf Lives, Brighton alt-pop outfit Ciel, psychedelic country pop collective Melin Melyn, and seven-piece Glaswegians The Joy Hotel.

Snyder, 53, has been a fixture on the city’s music scene, playing drums in Dog’s Life and for the Ska pop punkers, Five Head, and strumming the guitar in The Quitters.

Guest vocalists Joe Ely (who provides an eerie spoken word part on the well, cinematic, sprawling title track) and Peter Perrett (from UK post-punkers The Only Ones on the pop rocking “Waiting for Me”) also appear to add diverse textures.
