LUCENA CITY — Police arrested a suspected big-time illegal drugs trafficker and three street pushers in separate in Cavite on Friday.

The two suspects are on the drug watch list as drug pushers in the locality, the police said.

He added that such truck pushers and operators of the ‘borla taxes’ ended up dumping their waste at wrong places instead of the landfill sites.
