Visit Lake Charles is proud to announce the recent appointments o Richert “Ricky” Self to the board of directors.

The Catherine Lebowitz Award for Public Service went to Evan Richert, president of the Bangor Target Area Development Corporation and founder of UpStart Maine.

The film documents the artist commune started by Clark Richert, Gene Bernofsky, and Jo Ann Bernofsky.

Scholars such as Margot Fassler, Marianne Richert Pfau, and Beverly Lomer also note the intimate relationship between music and text in Hildegard's compositions, whose rhetorical features are often more distinct than is common in twelfth-century chant.
