Rudisill has been fighting the VA for so long that he’s now too old to be accepted into the Army chaplain program, his original goal when he left the service.

Rudisill said that the task force hoped that a full draft of the statement will be completed by the first week of May to be released at the start of the 2018-19 academic year for comment from the campus community.
