Ohaneze Commends FG Over Ruga Settlement Suspension (Today) - The apex Igbo cultural organisation, the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, has commended the Federal Government for suspending the idea of the establishment of RUGA settlements in the country.

Before the controversial Ruga settlements, the Buhari administration had in 2018 planned to establish cattle colonies for herdsmen.

Benue Youth Forum, BYF, on Thursday, condemned the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government’s proposed Ruga farm settlement for herdsmen across the country.
