NCAC DG, Runsewe, Commended For Speaking Against Nudity, Bobrisky (Yesterday) - Director-General of the National Council for Arts and Culture, Otunba Segun Runsewe, has been commended for rising up against nudity and immoral acts in the society.

It was during Otunba Runsewe’s tenure at NTDC that the international community, through the World Travel Market in London and FITUR in Spain, began to take Nigeria seriously as a player and partner in global tourism.

Runsewe stated this on the sidelines of a retreat organised by the IBB Ladies Golf Section (LGS) at the GHS in Abuja on Friday.

According to Runsewe family, they only got N800million contract from the state government.

A statement signed by Signed Chas Nwam Head of Media NCAC said making the donation, Otunba Runsewe commended the gallantry of the Police Force and their commitment to the enforcement of Covid -19 guidelines.

Director-General of the National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC), Otunba Olusegun Runsewe, has described golf as a COVID-19 compliance sport, saying it was a betrayal to suspend golf along all other sports at the heat of the pandemic.

The claimant in the motion sought an order of the court committing Runsewe to prison for contempt of court order made on December 15, 2017.

Runsewe, according to a report in the PUNCH, disclosed that the Federal Government is planning to produce a counter- BBN show, which will promote Nigerian culture and ideals – whatever those are – in collaboration with a pay television operator.

Runsewe added that the platform will offer the opportunity to promote globally the rich, undiluted culture of Edo which is at least one thousand years old.

Runsewe said that when the cross-dresser’s birthday was halted in Lekki, by the police recently, it was revealed that he had been training some youths to toe the same line with him.
