Former NAACP President Benjamin Jealous, Prince George's County Executive Rushern L. Baker III, Maryland state Sen. Richard S. Madaleno Jr., Baltimore lawyer James L. Shea and entrepreneur Alec Ross have all announced their intentions to run.
