BELFAST — Thursday, Feb. 16, 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Belfast Free Library: Belfast Bay Watershed Coalition Reading Group will meet and discuss the book, “The Lobster Coast: Rebels, Rusticators, and the Struggle for a Forgotten Frontier” by Colin Woodard.

The Rusticators Emporium, on the western side of the street, was kept mostly dry, too.
