Deputies with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office on Friday went to the home of Donald Gay, 53, of Scottsburg who was arrested on an outstanding warrant for possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.

He was born Oct. 2, 1945, in Scottsburg, Indiana, to Robert Wesley and Frances Gates Austin.

Last Thursday morning, Sept. 19, Broc Rogers, 33, of Scottsburg, entered into the Scott County Jail Lobby and told authorities there was a warrant for his arrest showing on the Sheriff’s Website.

Later that Monday evening, acting on a tip, Deputies went to the residence of Teresa Korte, 59, of Scottsburg.

Rules and regulations have been drafted and are expected to be adopted by the Scottsburg Parks Board in the near future, Asher said.

The real estate that is the subject of the proposed sale is presently owned by the City of Scottsburg.
