Participants were trained in a wide range of areas including spiny lobster biology and aquaculture; animal supply and seedstock selection; as well as food preparation.

You can sip on local brews from breweries including Seedstock Brewery, Ratio Beerworks and Bruz Beers while you peruse the vendors.
