Kenosha County enacted the restriction as violence, fires, looting and other property damage erupted after Kenosha Police Officer Rusten Sheskey, who is white, shot Jacob Blake, a 29-year-old Black man, in the back seven times on Aug. 23.

Officer Rusten Sheskey, who is white, ended up shooting him seven times in the back as he tried to duck into his SUV, cellphone video from a neighbour shows.

Sheskey was among a group of four officers who were investigated in November 2014 for their actions during a traffic stop.
