Nicky Shoesmith, head of the youth team at Skipton Rotary, said: “We’re thrilled to provide this opportunity for young people to express their creativity and showcase their talents.

In addition to more resources at Keller, parents seemed more involved, and she began to think about the school council at Shoesmith.

In attendance were three graduate students who recently returned to the Island – David Clarke, Kyle Shoesmith and Jordan Clingham – three outgoing Scholarship awardees – Duwaine Yon, Tiffany Herne and Jacob Bowers – their parents and friends.
