Shoppel

After Shoppel was transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility, he claimed he was suicidal and wanted to be taken for a mental health evaluation at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

In response, Shoppel yelled, “I don’t give a (expletive),” the complaint says.

Shoppel allegedly grabbed her by the neck and threatened to kill her.
