Sinestro is a villain who has split his time between schemes on Earth and more cosmic endeavors.

Sinestro is arguably the most iconic villain in Green Lantern lore.

This new yellow ring proved quite useful to Sinestro after finding his way back to the positive universe, as Green Lantern rings struggle against yellow since the color is an impurity due to fear's ability to inhibit willpower.

This should be as no surprise as Sinestro's point of view mirrors that of the surviving Guardian.

Sinestro then uses his ring to create a duplicate of himself that can travel into the Paragons and (through some slowing down of time) communicate with the Microns.

The stories will feature the likes of the Joker, Harley Quinn, Sinestro, Toyman, Calendar Man and many more.

They banished him to the antimatter universe as punishment, but ended up creating one of the most powerful nemesis the Corps has ever known, as Sinestro returned with a yellow ring powered by fear.

DC Comics When Nekron is defeated, Larfleeze takes the ring from Luthor, leaving him powerless, and allows Luthor to remain on Earth with the Green Lanterns (although Sinestro notes that this is the first time Larfleeze has given anyone anything).
