Smashburger has hired Partners in Crime as its new agency of record as the burger chain looks to strengthen its digital channels in a crowded burger category.

The smashburger is made with two all-beef smashed patties, caramelized onions, pickles and their patented Trill Sauce on a potato roll bun.

In the fried chicken category, it will be delivered by its flagship brand Jollibee, burgers by Smashburger, coffee and tea by Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Co. and the Chinese cuisines through Tim Ho Wan and Yonghe King.

In addition to Jollibee, JFC has 15 other brands and franchises under its wing both domestically in the Philippines and abroad, such as Smashburger, Tortas Frontera, Tim Ho Wan, Red Ribbon and Chowking.

The southwest corner of this gastronomic traffic circle offers up burgers (Smashburger), burritos (Uberrito) salads for the health-conscious (Zoe’s Kitchen) and dessert (Creamistry).
