Camp Snoopy is produced for Apple TV+ by Peanuts and WildBrain, with Rob Boutilier (The Snoopy Show, Snoopy in Space) as director.

He initially titled it Snoopy Pong and fashioned the cabinet after Snoopy 's doghouse with the character on top, but retitled it to Puppy Pong and altered Snoopy to a generic dog to avoid legal action.

The Camp Snoopy makeover will add a new family coaster and super-sized kids swing, update an off-road rally race and miniature train ride while removing two original attractions from the themed land that opened in 1983.

As the title implies, the first season of 12 episodes follows Snoopy’s journey to becoming an astronaut, which means he has to prove himself to NASA.
