The new market has six vegetable stalls, four general stores, four fruit stalls, two mutton stalls, one beef stall, two dry fish stalls, four flower stalls, and 12 fish booths.

Live music is going on all weekend, along with food and drink stalls to keep everyone well refreshed, and stalls selling crafts, canal-ware and clothing.

Nobody will go hungry or thirsty because there will be a bar and food stalls open all day, and there will be stalls selling clothing, hats and other bull riding associated products.

The new 62 by 20-foot building will have men’s and women’s restrooms, featuring five stalls in the women’s restroom and two stalls and three urinals for the men.

Visitors can watch a dog show alongside food stalls and craft stalls and budding gardeners may have also visited Wykeham Gardens for gardening advice.

Among the day’s activities will be inflatables, beat the goalie and sumo wrestling provided by Bruce Entertainments, face painting, petting zoo, information stalls and charity stalls.

The stalls and craft fayre were well worth a visit, with a fantastic blend of commercial stalls and local clubs and organisations from throughout the village.

This includes providing bigger stalls for a more comfortable working environment, keeping stalls affordable and making manpower available.

PENNINGTON Community Watch holds its first annual fair at Relton Hall this Saturday, December 14. There will be loads of entertainment for the children, food stalls, tea garden and many unique craft stalls.
