Submitters

A letter sent to submitters last week by the shire’s planning department said the planning application would be considered by council at its April 8 meeting.

It also allows the public to view the submission and for submitters of the plan to make further submissions on the changes proposed by Council.

Submitters raised concerns that several uses not permitted under mixed use could be approved in a business zone, including service station, drive-through food outlet, funeral parlour and night club.
