Swifterbant

Both men are from Swifterbant, according to statements from the police, where a mast also was set alight earlier this week.

Autochthonous hunter-gatherers from the Swifterbant culture are attested from around 5600 BC onwards.

Spreading westward along the coastline it is found in the Ertebølle culture of Denmark and Ellerbek of Northern Germany, and the related Swifterbant culture of the Low Countries.
