Some of the F1 Arcade food menu items include: seabass ceviche, wild mushroom and spring onion croquettes, aged beef tartare, wagyu beef burgers, tiger prawn and baby squid flatbreads, and yellowfin sashimi grade tuna tartare tacos.

And, as at Pizzana, there are openers and sides – yellowtail crudo, insalata arugula and mizuna, wagyu beef tartare, roasted cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms.

The lamb fillet tartare ($26) was exceptional.

For a proper dining experience, there is a brasserie menu that includes steak tartare, grilled trout, chicken paillard, cheeseburger, among others.

In case you aren't aware "Cannibal Sandwiches" otherwise known as "Steak Tartare" or "Tiger Sandwiches" are made from raw ground beef sirloin placed on top of a slice of rye bread with raw onion slices.

Most of the hors d’oeuvres, including leeks vinaigrette, roasted bone marrow and steak tartare, top out at $10.
