Last year, Emma Russell, from St Mary’s Episcopal Primary School in Dunblane beat over 100 local children to win a Christmas story writing competition hosted by Thistles shopping centre in Stirling.

The eye-catching bench designs showcase the local birdlife, and Thistles, and were donated, with the talented Sheila Adamson painting the benches.
