Set a timer or alarm: Commands like “set timer for 20 minutes” or “set an alarm for 9 a.m.” give you an instant kitchen timer or alarm reminder to, say, give your cat its medicine.

Set a timer for 12 minutes, scraping the spoon across the bottom of the pan so that it can’t stick, and cook until the timer goes off, or the mixture is hot and thinly coats the spoon (or reaches 75C).
