Tipplers

British tipplers quaff 215 million bottles of sparkling wine a year, most in the form of Italian prosecco and Spanish cava.

The event, in aid of the 9th Scout Group, will take place on June 29 – with tipplers able to enjoy a range of brews and spirits across an eight hour spell.

He added that the sentiment behind the proposal was that guidelines were disregarded by tipplers who made a beeline for the liquor stores.
