A large aspect of Shoto Todoroki's character development is his relationship with his father, Enji Todoroki, or Endeavor.

All Might has also acted as a mentor for the other students of UA, notably Bakugo and Todoroki.

Characters like Todoroki and Ida and even Aoyama have gotten their moments to shine throughout the Final War arc, but Momo (and many of the other female students) have been left out.

This is pretty impressive considering the only people who surpassed her were incredibly talented prodigies like Todoroki and Bakugo, and the highly studious Momo and Ida.

While Todoroki's motivations may not be immediately evident, they were clearer after the Sports Festival; he wanted to shame his father through becoming a hero without using the full extent of his quirk.

As we've mentioned, the clearest comparison is you can make between the three is that Todoroki has a mixture of Zuko and Elsa's abilities.
