Another transformation is in store when Toolson steps back on the basketball court, this time in college.

BYU’s super star shooters at the time, TJ Haws and Jake Toolson, could not keep up with Ute point guard Rylan Jones and Timmy Allen.

Childs, Toolson, Haws and Barcello are all averaging double-digit points for BYU as well.

Jake Toolson suffered a gnarly ankle sprain during the Saint Mary’s game on Feb. 1, checked back into the game minutes later and has continued to play through it.

The biggest the Titans go is 6-foot-5 with seniors Tanner Toolson, Mason Hill and Connor Flannigan.

Toolson proved many times during the season that he could shoot from anywhere on the court.

Since he’s been back, however, Toolson and Childs are accounting for 44 percent of the team’s points.
