Transformable

Global environmental protection movements are here portrayed as the expression of what Heidegger called the – a purely rationalistic reading of nature and the world as something transformable by humans.

Some are downright revolutionary: built into the earth to minimize bulk, transformable to adapt to changing needs, or hovering above, with long projections to provide clear views.

While various other gallery spaces are open and minimalistic in design, Studios on High has incorporated a transformable layout for displaying the works of their member artists.

The latter two were attractive, since they were easily transformable with the then-current technologies, while maize was a well-established genetic model for plant biology.
