The department of justice is still waiting for a response to a note verbale it sent to Dubai in early December to ask for confirmation that Emirati authorities have all the information they need to process an extradition request filed in July.

The one filed on the second week of February, which denounced “dangerous maneuvers” of the Chinese Coast Guard in Ayungin Shoal, was the 75th “note verbale” filed under the Marcos administration.

The statement further disclosed that from September 1, only French nationals and residents will be allowed into France with respect to the note verbale from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In a Note Verbale (verbal note) published on Friday, October 4, the Southern African kingdom announced the “suspension” of all its former “declarations and decisions” in relation to the Western Sahara question.
