Every month questions are asked regarding tax and wages as owner Dai Yongge continuously flouts rules regarding payment.

It is now 16 points taken off of the club in the six years of control under Yongge, seeing the club move from third in the second tier to third from bottom in the third tier.

The fine will be seen as a let-off by some, with the EFL having pushed for a football ban for Yongge.
