SEOUL — A South Korean court issued an arrest warrant on Sunday for a passenger who opened an Asiana Airlines plane door minutes before it landed in Daegu, South Korea, Yonhap News Agency reported.

South Korean media including Yonhap news agency reported that Lee was found dead in a car at a Seoul park.

The actor, best known for 2019's "Parasite," was found dead in his car Tuesday morning, officials told Yonhap News Agency.

The police have received missing person reports for 11 people believed to be in the tunnel, but a final official toll has not yet been provided as it was unclear how many people were in each car, Yonhap reported.

The remark came amid wild speculation that Samsung might join the list of other major memory chip firms, including SK hynix and Micron Technology, to reduce investment and production to deal with falling prices and oversupply, reports Yonhap news agency.

The United States and South Korea plan to draw up joint guidelines on a nuclear defense strategy by the middle of next year and establish an integrated system to deter North Korea's nuclear weapons, the Yonhap news agency said Saturday.
