Loper

The case, Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondochallenges a law that controls federal regulations of maritime fishing.

The cause of NPR’s concern is a case called Loper Bright v. Raimondo, in which New Jersey fishermen have asked the Supreme Court to overturn or greatly limit the Chevron doctrine.

In dissent, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson wrote that the decision, along with the case on Chevron, Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, was part of an assault on the power of administrative agencies.

Loper said that combination had drivers turning their attention to salvage vehicles or those that have been declared a total loss by insurance companies following crashes or damage caused by weather and subsequently repaired.

Werfel assured that the momentum for improvements at the IRS would continue, regardless of potential regulatory challenges following the recent Supreme Court ruling in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo.

Defensively, junior backer Kaden Roy paced Pitt with 11 tackles while Loper All-American candidate and senior ILB (Kansas City) had 10. He also had another forced fumble and a TFL.

Loper noted the station promoting the series via excerpts on “Morning Edition” and other avenues, while providing a platform on their website, helped give the project a wide audience.
